“KP is tough and she won’t allow you to not perform at your very best. As a 63-year-old male I need somebody to hold me accountable and push me for me to obtain my physical fitness goals. I have seen myself grow stronger every day with KP. Her workouts are work. But that’s good! While I may not be the strongest guy in the gym. KP reassures me that I am on the right path and I am so much stronger than I was when we first started. These past six months have been tough. But I’m looking forward to the next six months and I know that it’s not gonna get easier. We laugh and having a good time while working out.   • If you are looking for a great atmosphere to workout and have fun . This is definitely the place to be . She is very knowledgeable in making sure you are doing the workouts correctly. Very encouraging and she really cares about her clients. I highly recommend this fitness facility for training .
